Today was our introduction to our community jobs project! We started by brainstorming community jobs using the alphabet as our prompts. For our project, each student will be conducting an interview of a community worker of their choice (a parent, family member, friend, etc.), then they will be creating an project using their interview and research to present to the class! To begin this project, we came up with some questions that would help us to find out about the job of a community worker. We came up with questions about where they work, what they wear, what their duties are, and many others.
I'm very excited for them to have the opportunity to become a interviewer and reporter for their classmates!
